28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)The brilliant Inner City Estates team have been managing my rental flat for 7 years now and have always been wonderful to deal with - very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable about the local market. Any issues are dealt with smoothly and stress-free. All members of the team (Diane, Russell, Paul, Lenka and Mitchel) are professional and friendly and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to others in the area.
8th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)The property we were living in, how on earth that passed any living condition or health and safety regulations is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting conditions they allowed us to live in, with a landlord who took absolutely no interest in the problems we raised. Constantly getting electrocuted by appliances, a shower that was cold for the entirety of our stay, drug dealers living below us who also were responsible for the maintenance of our apartment, multiple times waking up at 4am to someone beating on the door below us trying to wake up "Poland" and only for city move to say there's nothing they can do and to speak to the council instead. Terrible communication when moving in. Changing our move in time with the landlord but not telling us. Having us move into a property with sick in the sink so neither city move or the landlord checked that the property was cleared out before we moved in. The only saving grace is that they automatically signed us to a new contract allowing us to terminate our lease early. Avoid at all costs unless you are absolutely desperate and the only alternative is homelessness.

Thanks to Oliver for facilitating and coordinating the viewings of our property, and setting things up.<br><br>And a huge apprecation for all the hardwork Martine put in toward the end of the journey, making sure we got over ther line to completion. Martine was our guide throughout, and was helping us through some challenging moments, but her commitment and hard work in dealing with all other parties in the chain ensured we were able to get through to the end. She always kept us informed, and was instrumental in pushing other parties (solicitors, agents and clients) to act quickly on outstanding enquiries. And she was super communicative, always willing to jump into urgent video calls to keep things moving. She was our guardian angel. Thank you Martine.<br><br>We would highly recommend Butler & Stag (and Martine) to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!
12th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)I would really recommend you avoid this place for your own peace of mind. I was initially allured by the very low commission rate. It all started off ok, but by the end Shaz was ignoring my emails and calls for weeks on end. Provided me with a tenant who trashed my apartment and left it in a state. I really reccomend more expensive high street estate agents as in the long run this will save your money. He still hasn't even responded to my text because he failed to arrange council tax payment for the last year.

I have found them to be trustworthy and reliable.<br><br>Update - they recently handled a very tricky tenant, got the place sorted out, offering smart advice about which jobs needed doing. Then they got solid tenants in quickly for a good rent.<br><br>I think they are a good bet for tenants as well, as their focus is always on providing decent accommodation that people want.<br><br>Strongly recommended.

I have used late agency but I am getting best from cl wapping estate and my tenants are really good. I will definitely gibe them 1st priority for my other property.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle.
