29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . From day one, it felt like I’d known Patrick my whole life. He made the whole process straightforward, and even during the stressful moments, he put my partner and me completely at ease. I still keep in touch with him now, he’s a top chap and someone you can genuinely rely on. I would highly recommend Kavanagh Hayes Estate Agents. Thank you to all of you for everything. Constant feedback and response to questions and when it looked like the chain was in danger of collapsing he spent hours contacting all the agents and solicitors to get the completion through. Thank you. (I’m not planning on moving anytime soon but if I was I would definitely choose Ewemove.

Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress. When we first moved in we dealt with Sharon who always managed all our queries in a timely manner. This continued when she left and we dealt with Hayley and Vickey. The team all tried their utmost to insure repairs etc were managed quickly and professionally, this wasn’t always an easy task for them due to matters beyond their control. I would recommend them highly as letting agents. Thank you for all your support, friendliness and professionalism in the past 7 and 1/2 years. K, G and A

They were helpful, professional and courteous, with great communication throughout the sale of our property. As people who develop property, we have had many encounters with estate agents and we can genuinely say that Norton Rickett are a step above the rest. We will always look to use them for future projects.

I have been thrown in the position of being executer of several properties, all of which have been, and still are such hard work. Claire has found a buyer very quickly and has made the whole process so much less stressful for me.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Communication with this company was extremely poor throughout my tenancy, despite paying £1,300 for a two-bedroom flat with a mini garden 3 blocks away from the main flat. Getting responses to basic queries was often difficult. Sometimes the owner of the property would have to come by himself to rectify simple queries, and I wondered why he contracted them to manage his property. During one inspection, an inspector walked into my wife’s home office while she was in the middle of a work meeting and started taking photos standing behind her facing the camera. Although inspections are part of the contract, basic courtesy would have been to wait until her meeting had finished before entering the room. When I raised this concern, it was dismissed by the property manager Thomas Fisher, he rudely told me I signed my contract and that was in the contract. I also raised other matters with the property manager, Thomas Fisher, but it was never taken seriously. When I later decided to move out due to the overall experience, additional charges were raised by Thomas Fisher even though the property had been professionally cleaned and confirmed by one of their staff stating the cleaning and the whole state of the property was spotless. Overall, a very disappointing experience and a lack of professionalism especially from Thomas Fisher, I would advise others to carefully consider before renting through this company.

From our first meeting, Duncan provided honest comment and we felt he had our interests clear; at every stage Duncan kept us informed. Beccy brings both empathy and tenacity to the team, ensuring that events post-offer are progressed though to completion; she’s been a star! Moving house, we have learned, is not straightforward but Young Residential provided an excellent service and we would be happy to recommend Duncan and Beccy to anyone thinking of selling their home. We are enjoying our new surroundings and thank Duncan for supporting us to make the move.

He responded quickly and proved to be a dynamic force in coordinating communication between all parties and solicitors. In addition, we found Perry to be a very likeable and friendly guy, whichever added support and confidence throughout. I would highly recommend Symonds and Greenaway. The whole team were helpful and in particular Perry was with us all the way and cannot thank him enough.
