10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Bad experience of this agent. In the past, made offers which were not responded to/acknowledged for weeks. Poor communication between the office staff. They have a number of properties for sale with "overage" provisions - a lot of estate agents are not keen to sell these types of property due to the significant stress, hassle and legal complications for buyers and sellers. I would never sell my property through Peter Leete. There are other more reputable, professional estate agents in Grayshott to choose from.

Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price.
