7th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

They appreciated that not only did I need to sell a house, but I also wanted peace of mind. They took away the stress from what can feel like a stressful process. Very happy to recommend them.

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

4th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In August 2021, we sold our detached property in Plymouth using Lang Town & Country. From start to finish of the sale process, each member of the team was fantastic. They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. Thank you very much to such a team of dedicated professionals.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
