21st Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Crown manage all of my properties and they deal with any issues that may arise and are quick at filling with new tenants should they leave.
19th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I found the staff very professional, they have kept me informed all the time about viewings and feed back from potential buyers. It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.
2nd Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Our agent heather is excellent she has helped us with everything explaining everything,
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Many thanks to Fiona and team for their professionalism in achieving a speedy sale of my mothers house. Communication was good and the process was straightforward.
15th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Sold our home in 30 minutes. On the 1st day 25 viewings booked. This speaks for itself.
27th May 2023 (3 years ago)Hi Sophie just want to say how amazing this property is here I really love it.. it’s a nice reusable flat at the right size for me and my partner..plus the location is so nice to ????
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)For clarity, our experience was with Enfields Luxe in 2025, before the business transferred from Enfields Leeds Ltd to Enfields North Ltd. The business has since continued under the same name and management.

We paid Enfields premium fees for a service we largely ended up managing ourselves.

Only after signing were we told they didn’t conduct evening viewings, with very limited weekend availability. Consequently, we conducted the majority of viewings ourselves.

Communication and sales progression were consistently poor. Even our buyer resorted to contacting us directly for updates.

Enfields initially rejected our formal complaint. Following nearly 11 months with The Property Ombudsman, whose adjudicator indicated our complaints regarding viewings and communication were likely to be upheld, Enfields North agreed to a £350 settlement.

They subsequently described this as a “gesture of goodwill”.

I would not recommend Enfields.
3rd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We recently completed our house sale with Logic, which has been a long time coming with several delays (not by logic!) and they have been top tier throughout. They are flexible, will carry out viewings or let you show potential buyers around if it suits better. Megan is extremely responsive, both via email and WhatsApp which makes everything that little more seamless. Thank you to Megan and the rest who have been involved, I would recommend each time. Take care.
5th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We cannot fault Bradley from start to finish for both the sale of our own house and the purchase of another . We were kept reliably informed throughout. We would highly recommend Bradleys real estate. We found him to be very friendly and reliable and extremely helpful. X
17th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Great company and Jody is a fantastic person to deal with ??????
28th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)Just terrible from start to finish…I haven’t got time to list everything but we would never recommend Richard Kendall’s to anyone Communication was terrible…6 months of our lives we’ll never get back, waste of time and money ????????????
