They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. As a first time buyer, I really had no idea where to start, however Vicki was very helpful and managed to find me the best suited mortgage deal. She handled my application, which as a result felt like a breeze, and then proceed to help navigate life cover etc. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, Anna & Steph during this and the excellent service also continued with them. They really are a lovely team and very much deserve 5 stars!

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We rented a flat with Martin & Co in Farnborough and honestly it was a very smooth and great experience.<br>I don't usually write a review but they truly deserve the recognition. The team was professional, helpful, fair and genuinely decent throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured or that things were simply about money, which is unfortunately not always the case with other letting agencies.<br><br>If we moved back to Farnboroug one day , we'll definitely rent through them, we can't recommend them enough.<br><br>A special thank you to the property manager Gemma Flurry ,who was always there helping and sorting out any issue. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed plenty of guidance, and Frank was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>His communication was outstanding - he was always on the ball, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available to answer the phone whenever I needed him. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how helpful he was in making sure I was fully prepared for moving into my new home. He took the time to ask the previous homeowners questions on my behalf, so I knew how everything in the property worked before moving in. Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.
