They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
10th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)We put our flat on the market in November with Wards and although we are fully aware of the state of the market and how difficult it is to sell a flat at the moment, we've had nothing but issues since the beginning. Firstly, when they sent the photographer around, my partner had explicitly told Ashley that I would be the one who would give them access to the property as my partner was out for work. Despite this, the photographer messaged my partner instead of me when he arrived. When the advert went online, it featured 10 photos: 6 of the outside and 4 of the inside of the flat. My partner and I complained about this and they took one of the outside photos down. The description of our flat gave minimum details about the property, the finishes, the location... It was as if they had already decided that our property was not worth their time. We were told that they'd do an open house day, we set the day and planned to be out, however there was radio silence up until the very last day and if it wasn't for my partner chasing them up, we wouldn't know that we had no visits booked in for our flat. The worst part of this is the communication. Both my partner and I are listed as owners of the property, however Ashley would only communicate with my partner, despite being asked several times to CC both of us in the emails. Even when he "apologised" for this, the apology was not passed onto me, but onto my partner. To this day I have only received two of his communications (I did get the marketing updates from Dawn), and when my partner and I decided to take our property off the market, Ashley responded to the email only greeting my partner despite the fact that I was CC'd into it as a co-owner. Even the final marketing update was sent to my partner only. We sent a 2 week notice to cease Wards services and our property was supposed to be taken off the market on the 4th April. We had to phone them twice to chase up why the flat still appeared listed, and it finally got removed on the 10th April.

She found us a home that ticked every one of our boxes, and was always there to answer questions, which was a challenge sometimes as we were 3000 miles away. I feel like we didn't just find an estate agent, but that we also made a friend.
1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)This diabolical company, Maria is bad with communication and was meant to send a sales memorandum the month the offer was accepted turns out she didn’t send it until January 3 months after offer was accepted Kept saying oh tenant will be out soon, or oh I’m on really good terms with the tenant… lies And don’t get me started on when you call them and the apprentice guy Thomas tells you Maria will call back and then yeah 3 weeks later oh wait still no call… no email responses If I could give minus 5 I would! Appalling company should be closed down- 29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot express how amazing the team at Wards, Snodland have been! Lauren Kelly was our first initial point of contact when we put our property up for sale through Wards and she really took the time to sit down with us and explain the whole process from start to finish. She made myself and my partner feel reassured that they had our best interests at heart. She answered any questions we had with ease and was such a pleasure to speak with. From then onwards we had the pleasure of liaising with Monika and Swarnim who are both brilliant! They kept us up to date with news about our property and really pushed to get viewings for us. I must shout out Swarnim separately as he was incredible, and really made us feel as though we were speaking to an old friend. Finally, I must give our biggest thanks to Emma (sales progressor) who was absolutely fantastic! Again, it was like speaking to an old friend and she really pushed to ensure our sale and purchase went through smoothly. Overall, thank you so much for such a speedy sale and buy! You all made our whole journey so much easier! Thanks again, E & H x
17th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)The sales progressor Anne for our purchase has been fantastic in helping us handle a tricky repossession purchase but conversations appear to slow down when she's not around. Escalations to the branch manager Paul G for involvement have gone unanswered. Very disappointed that management involvement is not happening here to have the seller expedite progress with their solicitors!

6th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

From the very beginning, I had very little knowledge of the process, but Stacey was incredibly patient and supportive throughout. She truly held my hand every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure I felt confident in every decision I was making. What really stood out was her dedication and expertise. Stacey did not just guide, she actively helped me secure a reduction in purchase price when I put in a counter offer, which made a huge difference for me. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about her professionalism and skill. She is knowledgeable, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. There’s also something so reassuring about her vibrant and positive energy over the phone, she always came across as approachable, proactive, and ready to help, no matter how small the question. Buying a home can be stressful, especially as a first-time buyer, but Stacey made the journey feel manageable and even enjoyable at times. I’m truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her and the team at Connells Rainham to anyone looking to buy a property.

So glad we choose Freeman and Gray to sell our house, the house was put on the market very quickly and efficiently as we had already found a property we wanted to buy. Photos taken placed online, Brillant images taken and videos. The house was sold within a few weeks, and the progress started getting further along quickly, not only did they do this , the excellent care and service we have received from the team especially Jason he is a absolute star ! He answered every question, phone calls , messages, and help and advice was shared from his amazing knowledge. He went way and beyond his role, He helped me and my buyer when we had issues , resolved everything is a efficient time frame, and reassured us and keep us positive along the way ! As we had a few ups and downs throughout the process, like most people as this not unusual. But he had answers and solutions to everything Jason was always reassuring,positive and always there no matter what the issue may of been. He made it all alot easier took the stressful part away , it can all very become overwhelming but he made sure the process run as smoothly as possible.
