Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

She consistently stays in touch with us to keep us up to date and we really appreciate her work in helping us get our offer accepted on a property. Sam is also very helpful and friendly too – it's been a pleasure working with the team!- 2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)We used Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade for our house purchase and the service has been exceptional. From the first viewing of our property Kendell was warm, welcoming and professional. The rest of our sale was managed by Dallas who maintained communication regularly. Dallas was professional, positive and worked tirelessly to exchange. We always felt in good hands, we had a previously disappointing experience where our chain had broken and Dallas was understanding of this offering regular reassurance and updates. Thank you to all the team for all the hard work and helping us get our dream home.
3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.
1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Great experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Chatham, especially George Perriss, who was very helpful throughout the purchase process. Communication was always professional, friendly and quick, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. George kept us updated throughout and was always happy to help with any questions we had. Collecting the keys and completing the purchase went very smoothly, and we really appreciated all the support during the process. Highly recommended.

We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day. The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives. It felt like she was genuinely invested in getting us into the right place rather than just chasing a commission, and we’re so grateful she helped us turn a negative experience into such a massive win.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
