17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

From my very first contact Edward was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Edward and his team made the whole process very straightforward and at all times they kept me well informed with rhe process.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Roger Coupe, and in particular Edward in regards to selling a property.

Quick and efficient responses for all our queries. Then we bought our first house through them as well and their help was amazing. Every person of the staff I talked to knew about our case. He worked diligently and kept us informed daily. He provided advice continually, all of which led to a successful sale. If it wasn’t for Cameron I am convinced that the sale and purchase would not have happened.

He also used high-pressure sales tactics and seemed willing to say anything to close a deal. I was helping my mum sell her property and was really put off by the whole approach.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
