15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.
10th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Pittis Freshwater have broken the mould for estate agents, for us both buying and selling with another Pittis branch, Connor in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure constant communication between us and the other parties & vendor. He’s so approachable, personable, kind yet professional. He has made buying my dream house a reality. I knew Pittis were good but I wasn’t expecting this good! Highly recommend Pittis Freshwater branch for 5 star customer care & successful transactions.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I first called Encasa in November 2025 about a property but received no follow-up. I called again first week in January 2026 to arrange a viewing while I would be in the area, but still received no response. My son also called on my behalf and was told to email if it was urgent, even though he explained I was travelling a distance away from Solihull and as I was viewing another house and because they didn't get back to me can I view their house yet there was no follow-up to any of these attempts. This repeated lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Serious buyers should be aware that arranging a viewing with Encasa can be very frustrating.

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Avoid at all costs – completely dishonest. We attended a viewing for a rental property on Redwater Close, Worsley. Luckily, we arrived early and ended up speaking with a contractor at the property, who told us he was actually buying the house within a year. That immediately raised alarm bells. When Ben from the agency eventually arrived, we told him what we had been informed. He called someone at the office, and they suddenly claimed they had no idea about any sale. Huge red flags. When we got home, we did our own checks and discovered the property was also listed for sale. So naturally, the question is: how could we trust that we wouldn’t be asked to leave after six months if a buyer came along? We were later told that they did know the property was up for sale, but that the landlord had decided to rent it out because it “wasn’t selling” — even though it had only gone on the market the previous Friday. The stories just didn’t add up. There were inconsistencies from start to finish. Extremely unprofessional and misleading behaviour. Proceed with caution — or better yet, avoid altogether.

We recently had our furniture replaced as the landlord wanted a fresh appearance and the process was very smooth and easy for us as tennants
