I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

18th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.

All aspects of the process were clearly explained, and we were kept fully informed along the way. From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help.<br><br>There were multiple complications throughout the process, but Jack handled everything with patience, professionalism and a fantastic attitude. He was always available when needed, kept me informed, and did everything he could to make what could have been a very stressful experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>It’s clear that Jack genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service. 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale. Thank you to all the staff in Lettings and Sales we have dealt with. Your service is impeccable.
