19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

From start to finish, she went completely above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Lynn made the entire process seamless by keeping us fully informed every step of the way. She didn’t just pass along updates; she took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and our options as things progressed. Her communication was consistently excellent—always proactive, transparent, and quick to respond.

Although I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding ring, which did not seem much out of the ordinary, I was finding it difficult to find what I wanted in the usual places. eventually I found Liam's website and an example of what I had been thinking about already present. I was then able to book a one to one session to go over size and material as well as costs and timings at short notice (between lockdowns). This was followed up by another individual sit down with the team to ensure I was happy with the ring as it was being made to order for me. I was allowed see the digital mock-up, select the materials and everything else you might want. I was given advice on what combinations would work, how to care for the material and everything was carried out in a highly professional manner.

5th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

Lynne's experience, with her eye for attention to detail, meant we had a very professional online brochure, as well as a Home Report, produced in the space of a week. As a result of Lynne conducting the house viewings in person, we were delighted to receive a formal offer on our house, above the asking price, within FOUR working days of the sales brochure going online. We can heartily recommend Cecchini Property for their professionalism, without hesitation, as well as saying that their communication was always crystal clear, and we felt extremely valued as their clients.
