19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

The team managed the sale of our Mum's house and handled her estate, after she passed last year.<br><br>The team were extremely professional throughout the process.<br>Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout.<br>The service which we received was first class and we were treated with the upmost respect during a very difficult time.<br><br>Many thanks to you all.

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I have now worked with Strutt and Parker twice, first when purchasing my home last year and more recently when selling a family property. On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.

25th Feb 2026 (5 mo. ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

They were so professional and caring from start to finish, especially Steph, she was absolutely amazing, selling a house is very stressful but Steph was with me all the way through the whole process and I just can't thank her enough. Richard and Barry were excellent, arranged viewings, brilliant photos and home report, I.m so glad I went with Belmont, and if anyone is deciding to sell their property then you won.t get anyone better.
