20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.
24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Lesley-Anne is fabulous! Her local knowledge is spot on, and she seems genuinely interested in your property - it's not just about a quick sale. Everything has been seamless - the photography is wonderful, the client portal is easy to navigate, and really helpful, and the service is excellent value for money. Regardless of whether you're selling a one-bed flat, or a ten-bed mansion, you'll get the same level of attention. Absolutely faultless service, and I'd 100% recommend Pacitti Jones.

4th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had cause to use a Notary of Public for a Power of Attorney, and telephoned Paris Steele at Dunbar. The lady on the telephone was lovely and set up an appointment promptly for the following afternoon. We met with Fraser Symon, who had already pre prepared the form I had sent him. He went through it with us and signed & stamped all the relevant parts. We were in & out in no time. Perfect! Highly recommend.
4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had a really positive experience as a tenant with Chattelle. They were responsive to issues, accomodating and professional. They carried out appropriate inspections and safety checks. I would use them as a property manager or a tenant in the future and would definitely recommend.
8th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Arthur and Carmichael are a very well run firm that prides itself in providing sound legal advice and good customer service to its clients. I can personally vouch for that as I had to engage this firm on behalf of my elderly mother to deal with a complex crofting issue which had occurred. The advice received from Daniel was both comprehensive and very well explained, he certainly knew his stuff regarding the complexities of crofting law, he came across as being very personable and approachable. Laura who assisted with the sale of the property was also first class. They were both excellent at their jobs and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.

1st Feb 2019 (7 years ago)After researching all the Estate Agents in my area, I decided to go with LM Properties as they had a good success rate of selling properties. My flat sold in 1 week!!! I cannot praise Lynsey and Robert for all they're professional helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended!
18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.

6th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Had a viewing of a property for sale arranged today, on my day off. Took over an hour to drive there and back. Turned up on time, no one there. Called office only to be informed that viewing was cancelled and they meant to tell me but email link wasn't working. Dreadful service. Residence clearly could not care less about potential buyers time. They obviously do not know how to communicate via a telephone!!! Management did not even apologise directly. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SELL OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY CLEARLY CANNOT COMMUNICATE APPROPRIATELY!!- 13th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)They were interested, fully engaged and enthusiastic throughout the process. 11th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)I had my will prepared by this firm back in 2017 and was assured at the time that any future changes could be made easily. Recently, I contacted them to make some important updates. While the receptionist was polite and helpful, the overall service I received was extremely disappointing. After multiple emails and messages left for the solicitor, I received no direct response. I was eventually told, via the receptionist, that the solicitor was too busy with conveyancing work to assist and that I should take my business elsewhere to have my will completely rewritten. As a returning client who has already paid for this service, I find this unacceptable. I relied on the assurance that amendments would be straightforward, yet I am now being forced to pay another firm to redo the entire will. Very poor client care and not the level of service I expected.
