They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

Particular thanks to Dianne and Lynda who guided us through the home-buying process and went above and beyond when complications arose.
13th May 2025 (1 year ago)Turned up looking like she'd been beaten, which is forgiveable but knew nothing whatsoever about the property. Utterly useless representing a property, actively put us off it, and conned an old man into the greediest strategy we've head in two years of searching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, Caesar and Howie.- 19th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)I slightly misunderstood a request made by the lady who I was speaking to on the phone. She proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending and rude manner. I felt belittled and actually a bit upset, even when I was trying to help and understand her. Not the type of interaction I expect from a professional solicitors.

18th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Jane Riddell did our conveyancing for our Glasgow flat and was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Thanks again Jane :)
7th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)DM Hall conducted a scheme 2 home buyers report for me and did a great job. I was purchasing a house and wanted a second opinion. It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.
13th Jul 2020 (6 years ago)Terrible company. They are not interested in entertaining inquiries, they have a backdoor of investors already in their books who are given the first chance to all properties. Waste of time if you are not part of their system. They do not want to know you!
1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)First class service from Allied Glasgow. David Gibson arrived promptly and carried out a Home Report and valuation that were a true, reliable source for potential buyers. Would highly recommend.

I first contacted them when I was looking for a flat to rent, and from the very beginning they were professional, kind, and incredibly easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward, and after moving in they were always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something fixed. Having tried several letting agencies over the past ten years, Bastion Property has genuinely been the best. Their communication, reliability, and overall approach made a huge difference. I would highly recommend them.

8th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.
