16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.
7th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)DM Hall conducted a scheme 2 home buyers report for me and did a great job. I was purchasing a house and wanted a second opinion. It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.

28th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I am a landlord with no prior knowledge of Aquila until they took over the factoring of the building in which my rented flat was part of. I approached them and asked if they could help with a tenant , our relationship was at complete breaking point. Paul & Richard listened to my concerns and also the tenants. In short, they resolved the issues. I no longer need to deal with the tenant (and they no longer need to deal with me). I would encourage anyone who wants no stress, let them oversee the property management, they're very professional and approachable.- 13th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)They were interested, fully engaged and enthusiastic throughout the process. Definitely to be recommended.

18th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Finally Belvoir you have got a fantastic manager in Tracey she is a lovely lovely lady with great understanding of others her people skills are outstanding to be frank she is a great asset to Belvoir .and today I met Jemma she was absolutely lovely her people skills were brill she shows compassion and understanding makes you feel your being listened to and understood thank you Jemma yet again Belvoir she was outstanding and truly put me at ease a lot better than the other young lady with bad attitude and zero people skills I'm so glad shes gone well done Kirkcaldy Belvoir you are simply the best and I for one lovezz you 2 ladies thank you both you make a great team seriously recommend these staff at Kirkcaldy to anyone
