13th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Turned up looking like she'd been beaten, which is forgiveable but knew nothing whatsoever about the property. Utterly useless representing a property, actively put us off it, and conned an old man into the greediest strategy we've head in two years of searching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, Caesar and Howie.
23rd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)As Trustees of my recently deceased Fathers will and estate they are refusing to manage his estate. I was advised by telephone that the senior partners advise of not doing 'conflict'. No further explanation than this. A very disloyal response for the thousands of pounds my father spent over his lifetime with this company. I have now been referred to the SLCC by the Law Society.

8th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Arthur and Carmichael are a very well run firm that prides itself in providing sound legal advice and good customer service to its clients. I can personally vouch for that as I had to engage this firm on behalf of my elderly mother to deal with a complex crofting issue which had occurred. The advice received from Daniel was both comprehensive and very well explained, he certainly knew his stuff regarding the complexities of crofting law, he came across as being very personable and approachable. Laura who assisted with the sale of the property was also first class. They were both excellent at their jobs and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.

1st Feb 2019 (7 years ago)After researching all the Estate Agents in my area, I decided to go with LM Properties as they had a good success rate of selling properties. My flat sold in 1 week!!! I cannot praise Lynsey and Robert for all they're professional helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended!

13th Jul 2020 (5 years ago)Terrible company. They are not interested in entertaining inquiries, they have a backdoor of investors already in their books who are given the first chance to all properties. Waste of time if you are not part of their system. They do not want to know you!

I first contacted them when I was looking for a flat to rent, and from the very beginning they were professional, kind, and incredibly easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward, and after moving in they were always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something fixed. Having tried several letting agencies over the past ten years, Bastion Property has genuinely been the best. Their communication, reliability, and overall approach made a huge difference. I would highly recommend them.
