24th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We approached Kemp and Co to buy a property and after a discussion with Peter we were very happy to also put the Sale of our current property through them. The service was fantastic from all the team from Start to finish - Christine showed us round our new home and was knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know she fed back to the office who contacted us promptly. Peter who explained the selling process and also took wonderful photos and described our current home brilliantly, Daniel who arranged and sorted our EPC as well as completing a viewing. And finally Mark the office manager always on hand for queries and some hand holding. This was the first sale and purchase at the same time for ourselves so we were quite nervous and unsure about the process and we’re incredibly grateful for all the help the team at Kemp & Co provided. Being a local family business, the personal touch really does go a long way and knowing the areas we moved from and too I believe was a huge benefit of general market oversight. Thank you again! He had researched the sold prices of properties as well as the asking prices of current houses for sale. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and realistic whilst being friendly and approachable. I would totally recommend Bridgfords in Halifax if you're looking for an estate agent to sell your property.

2nd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very fast to reply and act, very professional and Lisa (the office manager) really did care about making it work for me. Carolyn who showed me round was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Fantastic, can't fault the service, highly recommend.
28th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

10th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.
6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)Dean & Emma have been very efficient and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are confident and fair. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.

21st Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
