16th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)They sell insurance and collect money. Hard to get any customer support. They stopped taking credit cards- that became my problem. I transferred money from overseas and their bank deducted 10 GBP. They didn't get their money- that's my problem now. I requested a refund on cancelled policy. Only after 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls did I get a response and refund- 45 days later.

They were proactive and attentive to all of our needs, and helped get everything organised. They were also very helpful when it came to liaising between solicitors.<br><br>When our case became slightly more complex halfway through (in the wider chain), Jess was great at helping us to understand the issues and pushing the solicitors to ensure that our sale didn’t fall through.<br><br>It was a long process, particularly when things are out of your control, but the team made it much more manageable and enjoyable!
