Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home

6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.

We really appreciated the team's efforts in keeping everyone updated, chasing progress and helping to move things forward whenever issues came up.<br><br>Communication was always important to us, and we felt the team genuinely cared about getting the sale across the finish line.<br><br>A big thank you to everyone at Oakman for helping us successfully complete our sale! 22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Steven Nagra is the most professional and honest estate agent we had the pleasure in meeting and talking to about the sale of our property, he explained everything in detail with the added bonus of not making it complicated and easy to follow. Due to illness my mind isn't what it was and I found the process very stressful and hard to keep the information all in, but chatting to steven made me feel comfortable and stress free we couldn't of asked for a nicer gentleman, I have all the trust that my property will sell for what iv asked for and more. Thanks steven for understanding my issues and working with us to suit us.
