Michelle, Lisa and Helen were fantastic throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable and always on the ball, they helped take away so much of the stress that comes with moving house. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything progressing smoothly. What really stood out was their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. We always felt supported and confident that they were doing everything they could to achieve the best outcome for us. 30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. I could not speak more highly of them, in particular Charlotte who kept us very well informed during the period .<br>I would highly recommend them . They are very professional in every way<br>Thank you again, I would not use anyone else.

Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

I had many questions but these were covered without me having to go through them. Their ethos seems exactly in line with what we wanted. As Tom said ‘they didn’t reinvent the wheel they make sure the wheel works’!

They have a personal approach to understanding the wants and needs of both the seller and potential purchasers. If we can sail to completion as smoothly as things have gone so far, it'll be a truly 5 star service.
