6th May 2026 (3 days ago)Avoid at all costs Horrific experience with this letting agent. They would never reply to any emails about work needing to be done. However if they needed something they would expect me to reply straight away. For months I asked if something could be done over the flooring as it was so poorly fitted and a huge trip hazard, we had a child in the house. They refused to fix the floor but tried to take my deposit to replace it once I left. The DPS obviously didn't agree to this as the flooring was in such poor condition on commencement of the tenancy. I feel sorry to whoever has moved into the property as it was in desperate need of decorating. I think the landlord had tried to do odd jobs themself but clearly wasn't very skilled. The car park was also underwater due to the biggest pothole I have ever seen. We only lived in the property for a year because we couldn't cope with the lack of communication. Our current letting agent and all previous have been amazing so we weren't expecting such a poor experience.

She kept me well informed at every stage, chased things when needed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Her communication was clear and timely, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’d highly recommend Abbey to anyone buying or selling a property she really goes above and beyond. Kevin

From the viewing, throughout the process (which was incredibly quick!) they have been absolutely fantastic! Simon and the team were brilliant and kept us informed throughout each stage! Tim, the salesman who came out to value our house, was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great confidence from the start. He took the time to explain the process clearly and provided a realistic and helpful valuation. Throughout the sale, Georgia in the office was our main point of contact and she was excellent. She was always professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Georgia kept us updated at every stage and made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother and well managed. Overall, the whole experience was handled very professionally and efficiently. We received an extremely professional and friendly service from start to finish, with prompt updates, speedy telephone responses, thorough feedback and excellent advice. At no time did we feel pressured into making a decision or were left without reassurance. We were fully informed every step of the way, either by email, phone or in person. We have all been absolutely delighted with this superb, efficiently run family business and will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family in the future. Thank you to all those at Thomas Harvey for everything you have done for us. We are all very grateful.

13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. 24th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)We are currently going through the conveyancing of our property and BJB have been brilliant throughout. You get a real sense of attention to detail and customer focus. From the start they have worked around us and supported. They have been ready to answer any questions and they are clear on what they will do to support you in selling your property. James was great when viewed and valued our property. He put real attention into getting the marketing right - and he's pretty handy with a camera! Paige looked after us from the day we went to market and was always available at the end of the phone when we needed her. She considered our needs for our next property worked with us at our pace to get everything in place. Her attention to detail is spot on and she goes above and beyond to keep you informed and updated. If you want to sell or buy a property, I would definitely recommend Butters John Bee in Nantwich.

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
