10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Great service. Leaders Crewe initially got the opportunity because they did the basics right, which their competitors didn't. They answered the phone, returned any messages and communicated well. Latterly, Ben Stevenson took the reins as manager and within a short space of time sold our property. From that point the process is fraught with issues (ours was relatively simple) which Ben and Sue Carter held our hands through. Would recommend

24th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

Each time I have an issue, Sharon and Laura in the maintenance team are always very quick to organise contractors to attend and fix everything. I have been a landlord with Leighton Paul for a while now. Any time I call the office the team is always so friendly and courteous they cannot do enough for you. Rents has always been paid on time to my bank, Martin the Director of Leighton Paul is pleasant and a very approachable gentlemen who is very knowledgeable of the industry has always communicated with me effectively, there's always been excellent answers to any questions I've had over the years. My tenants are leaving at the end of January and I glady will be using them for marketing my next tenant. I recommend Leighton Paul very highly

Paige has a warm and friendly demeanour while remaining thoroughly professional. She has been very knowledgeable about each of the properties we have viewed, and on the rare occasions where she didn’t have an immediate answer, she always came back to us very quickly with the information. Because Paige has taken the time to understand exactly what we are looking for, and due to the excellent service we have received, we have now decided to instruct BJB to sell our own home.
