17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I was honestly impressed with The Property Centre. Barney was very genuine, and helped up list and sell (STC) our property even with the timeframes we required. The team also were excellent with the many viewings we had, and have been great in the process so far. The pictures and virtual tour/advert were great, and during the intro meeting I felt Barney was giving us genuine advice, as opposed to trying to sell/persuade us to go for The Property Centre.

She kindly arranged an early appointment for me and gave me plenty of time to look around the St George’s Road and Bath Street properties without ever making me feel rushed. She was knowledgeable, straightforward and a pleasure to deal with.

Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support. Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I have found CJ Hole to be an excellent estate agent to work with. They supported me throughout my tenancy with them and in particular Max was professional, efficient and kind. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

She was able to provide the most informative updates and chased parties at the bottom of the chain, despite those parties not being directly involved in my sale/purchase. 24th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.
