Their professional photographer had a keen eye for detail and ensured the photographs showed the property at its best. I received several viewings and an offer within days of marketing the property. I was selling my family home under Probate, had never bought or sold a house before and what was already a stressful time became even more so when my partner and I became one of those very unlucky people who couldn't seem to move house for love nor money (None of this was the fault of Andrews - we had terrible luck with both ends of the chain at various points) Nevertheless, Andrews were with us every step of the way and every member of the team was always on hand to answer queries , take viewings and provide prompt feedback. (Honourable mention to Shannon who did most of the viewings and even went so far as to text me to let me know when they were over and I could return home!)<br><br>I'd like to take a moment to give Holly a special shout out - she was our case handler and she was so unbelievably helpful. She was amazing at liasing with the other agents and solicitors in the chain and the second she found out anything she was on the phone to me and would always offer advice when asked. She was always incredibly personable and lovely to talk to and very reassuring when things got particularly stressful. Holly would always go above and beyond to get our sale and purchase over the line - at one point she was even doing other agents in the chains job for them.<br>I have already recommended Andrews to a couple of friends who are looking to sell and will continue to do so after my experience with them; if I ever decide to sell again, Andrews will be the first people I call!

I called Andrews out of the blue as I had viewed another house on the same road as the one Andrews had for sale, spoke with George and asked if we could view the house there and then as we were already outside. George was happy and able to accommodate a viewing straight away. We had a look around the property and on leaving made an offer. With a bit of negotiating with the vendor the deal was done. The whole process was easy and stress free. Big credit to George for showing us the house at such short notice. If I was a vendor I would be very happy with how George acted and ultimately got the deal done. A lot of other agents don't even have the courtesy to call you back when you wish to view a property!

I used Andrews to sell my Mother's sheltered housing flat under probate. The process was always going to be difficult as we had to deal both the restricted market for this type of property and the extra requirements imposed on the sale by the lease holders. Added to this the country went into Covid lockdown throughout most of the time the flat was on the market.<br><br>Nevertheless Andrews kept the momentum going, and kept me informed of progress at all times. After a less than positive experience with the Letting Dept at Andrews, Gloucester we weren't sure about using Andrews again but they had experience in selling flats in my late Mum's building. Covid caused a lot of delays and personnel changes at Andrews added to the delays but once Charlie took over the sale of the property everything changed. He was professional and pushed the the very slow Housing Association Co-owners on every occasion restoring my faith in the Company

What impressed me most about the service from Andrews was the "team" approach. I was able to drop into the office and, regardless of which agent I spoke to, I was able to get an update on my sale. It wasn't even a case of them looking info up on their system, they obviously spent time discussing and updating one another on the current state of play of all the sales they were handling, so they were able to give an instant update on current progress. This was backed up by very thorough record keeping/sale tracking on their online system. This meant that I was confident that my sale would progress even if my dedicated agent was on holiday.<br><br>Jon's proactive approach to my sale was also impressive. He kept me updated without prompting, he chased my solicitor and buyer to keep things moving and he remained a cheerful, calming presence throughout the process.<br><br>In summary, Andrews made a very stressful process a lot more pleasant than it could have been. They were worth every penny of their fee and I would recommend them to local sellers.
