We have let our property through Invicta for some years now. We took their top package and they manage everything for us. We are happy, and so are our tenants!

From the very first day of valuing right through to completion, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! 6th May 2026 (2 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
