26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend not reliable when issues occur. No point of contact out of hours and poor contractors who carry out work. Leaving mess behind and poor workmanship. Not professional or polite and you can't do anything about it
1st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)They offered me to move in, any date I wanted. I chose 3 weeks later. On the day I was due to move in, they had contractors in. I was then told it that electrical works were needed. There was zero communication from them that this was happening. So I had to return a fridge freezer, and also lost money on people taking time off work to help me. Overall, terrible communication from Stace and Co.

27th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Mel behaviour is very unprofessional and bites back when you don’t want to make an offer on a property. Offered a previous survey that she stated was really good, after a 4 day delay waiting for it having to ask three times. The survey has about £40,000 of repairs. She states “I feel really sad for you that you lose out, never mind” I’m disgusted at the behaviour.
12th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have read all the reviews and agree with everything that has been written, there is no exaggeration. Suzanne is charming, efficient, patient, kind, helpful and right on the button with sorting any hitches or problems. She is a force to be reckoned with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always got back to me if I left a message. Buying and selling houses is not the most enjoyable experience but this lady really smooths the way and quietly gets things done. Very different from the usual Estate Agent experience- I think they had better take a note or she’ll sweep the board! Thank you so much Suzanne.

I have found his professionalism, communication and negotiating skills to be excellent and will recommend his estate agency to all those buying or selling.
15th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Left without a working boiler and no phone calls or updates 11,06, a week has passed and still no working boiler.. called to get an update Friday exactly a week later and never got a call back so another weekend without hot water and heating. 15,06, and the plumber finally makes contact and arrives with part, guess what,, part makes no difference boiler still not working. no call from Kent letting agency.. more updates to follow as and when.
