17th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Contacted Ware to enquire about a purchase. The first point of contact we spoke to couldn’t answer anything about the business we were enquiring about. Signposted us to Jasper who would apparently contact us to answer and discuss questions ( never heard back from him! ).

I have found his professionalism, communication and negotiating skills to be excellent and will recommend his estate agency to all those buying or selling.
15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Left without a working boiler and no phone calls or updates 11,06, a week has passed and still no working boiler.. called to get an update Friday exactly a week later and never got a call back so another weekend without hot water and heating. 15,06, and the plumber finally makes contact and arrives with part, guess what,, part makes no difference boiler still not working. no call from Kent letting agency.. more updates to follow as and when.

No hassle, no pointless phone calls that achieve nothing other than to annoy. Moving is stressful but with Dan I felt at ease. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Regular contact is key- especially if solicitors don’t always seem to consider their clients as the “most important”. He does! It can be a long emotional and draining sales process especially with multiple chains so this was very welcome. He is responsive, he cares & above all had our best interests at all times. An experienced estate agent, ahead of the game & we wish him well building his own business. We are sure he’ll be a great success through referrals & his “can do/ will do” positive attitude.
