After meeting Savas and seeing how professional and knowledgeable he was, I decided to sell my own property with him as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.<br><br>From the beginning, Savas gave me an honest and realistic valuation of my property, and it sold for exactly the price he predicted. The sale process became quite challenging due to complications further down the chain, but throughout it all, Savas remained calm, proactive, and reassuring. Whenever an issue arose, he would say, "Don't worry, everything is under control," and he always followed through by finding a solution.<br><br>Savas was always available to answer calls and messages, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided practical advice whenever decisions needed to be made. No matter what challenges came up, he worked hard to keep things moving and resolve issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Savas made the whole process much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Avenue Estates, and especially Savas, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help!

His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)I brought a house through a different estate agents over a year ago but I did have initial contact with Mann during my house search. At first it started off well the agent who I was dealing with was always very pleasant courteous and helpful guiding me through the home search as a first-time buyer.<br><br>The agent at Mann advised me to speak to their own internal broker at Mann as part of this process so as a gesture of appreciation I accepted.<br><br>After arriving to at the office for an appointment with the Mann broker I was at first greeted by the agent who I had been in contact with she welcomed me made a nice warm cup of tea before introducing me to the Mann broker. Here's where things got sour.<br><br>I explained to the broker that I was a first-time buyer and was looking for guidance on the mortgage lending process, best rates etc. As someone with zero home buying knowledge I was still familiarising myself with everything. I asked if it was possible to buy a house on residential, rent it out then live in that house later.<br><br>Obviously I didn't understand that you can't buy and then rent out a place on residential mortgage without good reason i.e. being a member of the armed forces, but instead of simply correcting me the broker talked down to me I believe he mentioned along the lines of "I might have to contact the FCA about this" which was really demeaning.<br><br>I then asked about the interest rates and loan amounts which Mann could broker for me and was planning to compare against deals provided by other brokers I had planned to speak to later on. Rather than giving me some pointers he said "show me the money first then we can talk" so rather than advising me and doing what he's paid to do he was rude, arrogant and condescending as if to mock me for being a newbie to the process.<br><br>I couldn't get out of his office fast enough and was certainly not interested in paying him a fee for brokering me a deal, which by the way I achieved for free, with no bullying elsewhere!

Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. She was really friendlt even from the first time I called. I did have lots of questions and even if she didnt know the answers on the spot she has been very happy to email all my questions over email.

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Peggs found one viewer for my home in the 14 weeks I was under contract. They only contacted me once in that time after about 6 weeks, to persuade me to drop the price. I never once received any properties from them, being marketed to me for my new requirements, and so it led me to wonder if they relied solely upon RightMove etc for leads. The original proposed price was their suggestion, not mine. Yes, the market has been largely flat for period apartments like mine, but there was nothing that gave confidence in their marketing and this included the very young inappropriately dressed person they sent to accompany my only viewing. It us difficult to recommend Peggs although the lady lister who initially came to my home was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave me hope. I wrongly assumed she might be managing everything to do with getting interest in my home. I don't how some of the questions as the opportunity to test out knowledge and value did not arise.- 15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Josh and James at Chapel Road, Worthing were absolutely first class ??????
