22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely zero accessibility. Trying to move back to the area due to ill health and to be closer to my family again. We had 2 properties that we wanted to view and asked if these could kindly be virtual viewings, the middle aged woman on the phone was frankly snappy and rude and incredibly condescending when she said no, and how we would have to book a weekend away to view these, I explained this wasn't possible due to a multitude of reasons, she did not care. While house hunting now and in the past we have not had an issue with any other estate agents accommodating virtual viewings. It's 2026, do better.

Sharon, Ben and the whole team were excellent communicators, very helpful, personable and the most professional estate agents I’d encountered throughout my search. They made the experience stress free and were there to help anytime we needed it. I highly recommend them. ??????????

19th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!- 1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Toni and Tasnim made our journey to finding our house so smooth and easy. They stood out for being friendly and efficient (not pushy and annoying!) getting viewings booked in and following up. Since then I've chosen them to sell my house and recommended them to my daughter as well and they lived up to their reputation. I've recently purchased again through them! Big shout out to Darron and Anthony. They know what they are doing and they do it well.
