She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

The Knowledge and expertise is invaluable and I welcomed the honest and transparent approach. Whilst the conveyancing process posed some challenges, I particularly appreciated the responsiveness and support from Allsworth’s to enable us to complete within a set deadline.

I asked about the new changes too and they sent me a booklet of everything I needed to be aware of! Such a helpful and lovely team. 5* service and prices are the cheapest in the area, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend. 24th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Its a difficult market for selling. Properties are listed in abundance with valuations perhaps starting too high. Buyers are few and far between which meant that we had only 4 viewings over the same number of months. Every viewing is therefore critical and needs your agent to be fully appraised of features and any questions answered. Initial valuations versus actual market sale price need to be considered carefully.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!
