30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

16th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)This is my first time renting a property and the second I walked into Homelink I was greeted with a very warm welcome by all the staff. After a short conversation with Inaya and MR Azad the we proceeded to fill out the paperwork. This was very professional and very quick. I thought I would take an hour but it was so much faster. After all the staff congratulated me and gave me a nice welcome box with discounts and a few treats. I have had no issues and the staff are very supportive. Thank you to everyone at Homelink for making this transition so stress free.

4th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

They are the perfect balance of professional and down-to-earth; they are incredibly knowledgeable yet always approachable. Sophie consistently went above and beyond the remit to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her responsiveness meant that no question or request was ever too much trouble. It was a pleasure to work with such a dedicated and reliable business.

His attention to detail, professionalism and depth of knowledge are exceptional. With the significant changes brought about by the Renters' Rights Act, I found it increasingly difficult to keep up with the ever-changing legislation and compliance requirements whilst managing my portfolio myself. David's guidance and expertise have been invaluable throughout this transition. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and his ability to explain complex legislation in a clear and practical way has given me complete confidence that my properties and tenancies are being managed correctly. Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.
