8th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

20th Jul 2026 (3 days ago)We purchased a house recently through Singletons in Pangbourne. Paul Marshall handled the sale. He really was 1st class - a true professional. He worked across buyer and seller to get the deal done. After the price was agreed, Paul and the Singletons team remained engaged throughout the transaction helping resolve obstacles and keep the sale on track. Result was completion within 6 weeks. I can't recommend Singletons Pangbourne highly enough.

12th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)This agent is also known as Vantage homes after one year of asking for my property back I got the keys back on 25th July 2021 the house was totally trashed and they would not honour their contract of leaving it in good order also even though the garage was not part of the letting it was full of rubbish left by the tenant which I had to remove at my own cost They still have not paid me at least £1700 and don’t answer my calls I am now in the process of contacting the relevant council they deal with PLEASE DO NOT USE their services otherwise you will regret it like me
7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)If there were 6 stars that's what I'd give this place! A really gorgeous hotel in the best location you could wish for in London. The hotel itself is cosy but not small, the rooms are really beautiful and great care has been taken to ensure they are really comfortable and clean. In addition to that the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back!!!
