10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.
4th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional, incompetent and got harassed for being a prospective landlord. They changed the service % fees after they found a prospective tenant. They couldnt get the listing and the details right.
18th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Called on 4 occasions just to simply book a viewing to buy a house and each time I had to share my details. No one got back to me to confirm whether the viewing was going ahead. Feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency to let or sell their property

Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.

A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !

Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best
