23rd May 2019 (7 years ago)Lived in property of which Devonshire estate agents were who we came to instead of landlord for help. Would not recommend to anyone. Very quick to take money for fees and rent but that’s all. Complained for months and nothing ever got resolved. Very unhappy with their service
1st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Elliott Davis Properties for many years, and I must say they are the best in the business when it comes to honesty and integrity. They are always a cut above the rest. I’m not the type of person who relies solely on reviews, but if you want to judge a business, I encourage you to come in, have a chat, and make your own decision. If you feel the deal or the agent isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine—but don’t let any review stop you from having a conversation. I’ve been doing business with Elliott Davis and their associates since 2012, and not once have I had any issues. I highly recommend them.

6th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????
24th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I made several attempts to contact them, but unfortunately, my calls were neither answered nor returned, even after leaving voicemail messages. This was highly unprofessional. I was primarily dealing with Gavin, and regrettably, he did not respond to my messages either. Additionally, I received no follow-up after viewing the property. It gave the impression that a decision may already have been made in favour of another buyer, and that my interest was not given genuine consideration. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and lacking in professionalism.

The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.

They kept me informed at every stage, provided excellent advice, and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Imperial Sales & Letting Agents to anyone looking to sell their property.
