11th May 2018 (8 years ago)I have found Mr A Philpott and his Team very helpful and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate recommend them. I am also renting my property via them. They have always found a good and reliable tenant for the flat.

26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

19th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone as they were deliberately ruined my almost done deal with the landlord a commercial property in Halstead High street Without valid reason the agent cancelled my application and r relisted The property with higher rent All credit checks done and full deposit was made on December 2025 And cancelled on April 2026 Ridiculous amount of time was wasted by this agent very unprofessional , Agent were Demanding more security for Landlord even I offered 6months of Deposits But not respected, Landlord was happy But not the agent, Because of thir Greed they wanted to increase rent and finaly they relisted with higher rent asking AVOID THEM

20th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My friend had reviewed a property from them and immediately called up to reserved. The next day the deposit fee was paid and the forms filled out and sent back but there was one form missing which they emailed them at 1pm to get another form filled out and by 2pm which they was at work so haven’t been on there emails. When they saw the email at 3pm they had let this property to someone else. That’s awful they had paid money to hold it and they didn’t even try to call to inform them. Didn’t even give them time to reply. Terrible job we wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone. How can they do that to someone when they need this place to move in and live. DONT USE THEM OR TRUST THEM.

My agent, Daniella, was a lovely and kind person. She was always helpful, approachable, and made me feel comfortable at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Their expertise and customer-focused approach made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and well-managed.
