27th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I would give 0 stars as as a temporary accommodation tenant that just moved in a couple a days ago who is also heavily pregnant and has two young children 1 having asthma,moved into a property with broken bed dirty beds broken fridge freezer ,house has a rodent infestation and smells of urine triggering son asthma, a few days and no clean beds or furniture yet this is not acceptable and I plan to take this further

25th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)What a disgusting service. We went in their SWF office, looking for a 2 bed property to rent. The lady in there gave us a load of useless waffle, then told us the property we wanted had already gone. She promised to let us know is anything else became available. A week later we saw that the property was still available, but no one had bothered to let us know. We rang them and got a viewing. An hour before our viewing County Estates called us and said the property was gone. She told us that it was first come first served, although no one told us that. What a joke company, with no communication skills. Avoid them like the plague.

Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!Bismilla Property Ltd

30th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I'm shocked to be saying this, but after a few hurried 10-minute property viewings with a teenager who just wants you to hand over your life savings and not bother them further, Graham was a delight. I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.
