20th May 2024 (2 years ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.

24th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.

1st Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Save yourself from this agency.<br><br>They let me an inhabitable property in Hayes, and I had to go through so much because of them (even had to file a complaint to the council). I ended up living at my friend's house, losing more than £1.1K GBP, and the mental toll it took on me for over a month is indescribable.<br><br>The guy Sheng just never replied to so many attempts of calls or messages (which wasn't the case prior to taking the property, which was made all pleasant during the viewing!)<br><br>Wish I could give negative stars to this agency.

Manager Mr. Sam has been extremely helpful and supportive from the moment we landed in the UK until we moved into our new home. We stayed in a rental property managed by him for 3 years, and throughout this time the service was professional, reliable, and friendly. Everything was handled smoothly, and we always felt supported. Highly recommended.

23rd May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Selman Lettings handled the property well from the start, with the house being clean and ready when the keys were handed over. They were also helpful in arranging repairs shortly after moving in to address initial issues. During my time in the property, they were easy to contact and responsive in organising a handyman to attend and resolve issues with the heating system and boiler. A minor suggestion would be that, on a couple of occasions, initial requests for assistance were met with a recommendation to try resolving the issue myself. However, once the situation was explained, support was provided promptly.

Unfortunately we didn't sell due to the collapse, but they were reassuring and so positive throughout. We will use them again when we return on the market later next year.

20th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I live in the Dukes close/kings road area where this particular agent looks after several properties. There is one property in particular that really lets the area down and I am astounded it has been allowed to get this bad! The property is so overgrown and blocking the footpath I am finding I am having to push my pushchair out in the road to just pass! Having spoke to a couple of homeowners in the area I believe this has been an ongoing issue for the homeowners for some years and the complaints are never dealt with by Richard Mitham associates I would definitely not recommend this agent.
