22nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Could improve communication with tenants and be more present for the details during the signature. The agency has a transactional relationship with the tenant. The manager is nice/personable, however. Update: To respond to your reply, the agents didn’t agree to slightly adjust the terms of the contract and I never received the digital copy of the contract that was agreed to be sent. There was no particular service, the service was transactional. Note that the reason there were so many phone calls is because I needed to get confirmation / a signed contract. Service was fine so I gave 3 stars, it isn’t a bad rating but it could be better on the tenant side. A bit odd to react this way though, surely it’s best to understand how to do better? Thank you.

They helped us find a one-bedroom flat exactly according to our requirements, and the whole process was completed in less than a week. Wayne and Vanessa were absolutely amazing throughout the journey. Since I was busy with work, they communicated smoothly and professionally through emails and messages, keeping everything clear and stress-free. As this was our first time renting a flat, we had many questions and moments of confusion, but they patiently guided us through every step and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their support, responsiveness, and professionalism truly made the experience comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency. 15th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)Left without a working boiler and no phone calls or updates 11,06, a week has passed and still no working boiler.. called to get an update Friday exactly a week later and never got a call back so another weekend without hot water and heating. 15,06, and the plumber finally makes contact and arrives with part, guess what,, part makes no difference boiler still not working. no call from Kent letting agency.. more updates to follow as and when.
