11th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for the second of September and was asked to provide 3 months of bank statements and payslips, which I did straight away. The agent then asked me to pay a deposit, which I also paid. I was told I’d hear back once the landlord confirmed. Days passed with no updates. When I chased, the agent claimed he had emailed me, but no email ever arrived (even though I had received all his previous emails without issue). After further follow-ups, he admitted he may have sent it to the wrong person. Eventually, I was told there were “issues with the landlord” because the previous tenant hadn’t ended their contract and wanted to move back in. The only response offered was to refund my deposit no apology, no accountability, no alternative property. I got my money back, but the complete lack of professionalism and communication wasted 15 days of my time. Terry, if you are reading this, please understand how unacceptable this experience was. Future tenants deserve better than having their time and trust wasted.

11th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I lived in a property managed by SW Residential for a year while studying in London with my friends, and although I couldn't renew the lease due to personal reasons, I can say with absolute confidence that this is the best agency I've ever worked with — especially thanks to Christian. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the best agent in the world. Before we even moved in, Christian kindly helped us carry all our luggage up to the attic on the third floor. Since none of us were in London during the summer holidays, he also made sure all our belongings were placed inside the flat as soon as the tenancy started. Throughout the year, he was always incredibly helpful and responsive. No matter what we needed, he was quick to reply and happy to assist. He’s also just a genuinely kind and understanding person — always willing to help mediate and maintain good neighborly relationships. The moving-out process was also smooth and stress-free — thanks to Christian again. If I didn’t need to move into a studio next year, I would absolutely choose SW Residential again. Christian is simply the best!

30th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)ReMax Caning town property sale team has totally disappointed us in every step of 6 weeks period of sale of our house and wasted our time. They made a good first meeting impression, compare to other 6 estate agents, which swayed us to go with them but from there it was total disaster. The listed cost of property was not discussed and advised properly, they agreed with our “wishful” house price to get us sign up with them, rather than advise against current market situation. The listing of our property has been unprofessional, copied twice with different prices and unmanaged even after countless requests. The availability of the sale team was getting worse every week up to the moment where weren’t able to reach anyone in four working days. We had very little or no feedback from them on any viewings of our property. Compare to our second chosen estate agents who were complete opposite on every step of successful house sale ReMax was terrible choice and I would recommend everyone with hope of smooth and quick property sale to AVOID ReMax estate agents altogether!!
28th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Worst experience with this letting people. Their accomodatios are dirty and unkempt. They lie and make up small stuff so that they won't refund back the deposit after moving out. Worst letting company in Canterbury.

No hassle, no pointless phone calls that achieve nothing other than to annoy. Moving is stressful but with Dan I felt at ease. Thank you for a wonderful service.
