23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Homes took over from another estate agent and then things progressed noticeably on selling my mother’s house.<br>Really friendly and efficient team, professional, very supportive and I felt treated as an individual; they understood the circumstances under which the house had to be sold (to pay for care home costs).<br>Going into the estate agent office I felt welcome and liked meeting a team of smiley people, who I felt, wanted to sell the house as much as I needed to……..and they did ??????
26th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I did not expect to be leaving a glowing review for our estate agents at the start of this process, but at every step Caitlin, Rob and the team have surpassed expectations during a process that has at times been rather bumpy. They had kept everyone informed and calm, and giving the impression nothing has been too much bother. We definitely would not have got to this point without their support and assistance from the valuation originally right through to completion. Thank you for your consideration, compassion, and expertise at every step.
