29th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout every stage.<br>One aspect that particularly stood out was the recommendation of an excellent solicitor. The conveyancing process was handled efficiently, and contracts were exchanged and completed remarkably quickly, making the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free.<br>What truly sets the team apart is the continued support even after the purchase was completed. Two years later, Callum kindly arranged a property valuation for me free of charge, which was incredibly helpful and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service long after the sale.<br>The communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile shown by Callum & Team were exceptional throughout. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending them and the wider Coopers team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We later then confirmed with the property and bill suggested us ideas and opinions with what to do next and made the process very easy. Thanks to Bill and the whole of KARWOOD properties.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We vacated the property in Feltham in January 2025\. At the time of leaving, the agency visited the property, took photographs and collected the keys from us\. Since then, we have made numerous phone calls and sent several text messages regarding the return of our tenancy deposit, but we have still not received it or a proper response from the agency\.<br><br>It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor communication and a lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to contact them\. It has been a considerable amount of time, and we are still left chasing our own money\.<br><br>I hope the agency takes this matter seriously, responds to our concerns and resolves the outstanding deposit issue as soon as possible\. Based on our experience, the lack of communication and follow\-up has been very frustrating\.

Everything was handled quickly and they kept me updated whenever needed. No issues at all and the whole process was pretty smooth. Would definitely recommend them.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Overall I'm very pleased with the service Andrews provided. They were helpful and patient during a drawn out sale process, which included a tricky probate process. As a first time seller (dealing with my late father's estate), they were helpful. I didn't feel patronised at the outset, and they mostly avoided sales cliches or overinflating costs.<br><br>The initial point of contact (Ben) generally stayed as my main point of contact, which I appreciated - I didn't feel like I was immediately passed off to a junior member of staff.<br><br>They were prompt in getting things done and in their communications, and didn't make errors in the technical or administrative bits. The only times they irritated me was in frequently chasing me for updates when I didn't have any (and told them that I would update them by email when I did!). But I suppose it's better for them to be proactive and engaged than inactive!

They were professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
