27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

17th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Stayed at 22 the landings for long weekend with family - perfect location, with direct access to lake for paddle boarding and kayaking. Perfect location out of the main strip so ideal for teenagers as everything accessible by walking or bikes. Well equipped property with lots of space and homely amenities. Would definitely revisit.

Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches. We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year. We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them. I shall miss the frequent, friendly contact!

25th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Although I do not rent through this letting agency, I wanted to leave a review because of the kindness and professionalism they showed me. They took the time to offer support, answer my questions, and treated me with genuine care, even though I wasn't one of their tenants.<br><br>It's rare to come across such compassion and willingness to help with no expectation of anything in return. Their kindness was truly appreciated and made a difficult situation far easier.If you're looking to rent in Bath I couldnt recommend them more based on the excellent customer service and genuine care they showed me.

5th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Cannot say much as I never really had much personal contact with the selling agency….. . Unfortunately I guess my property being a “Holiday flat” was not the right time to sell during the Autumn/Winter….. I have now other means of moving to my permanent property and hope to be settled soon…. This property may well be rented till we find out what we will be doing…….- 25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Confident but not arrogant agent. Good knowledge of the area and was able to until confidence in me that she will do all she can to sell the property. Once on the market she arranged viewings very quickly, making me feel confident she is pushing my house to buyers and making it noticed. She provided good advice and guidance about offers leading to an asking price within and a bit above my expectations. She is proactive in the process of the sale now and I feel confident in her driving the sale to completion. Only draw back is the fee which is higher than all other agencies.

Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Angela was very relaxed through the entire letting process in a refreshing down to earth manner on a unit I rented. Deposit returned in full and on time with no drama. If all agents were like her it would make life much less stressful. 100% recommended.
