We unexpectedly found ourselves with nowhere to live, after completing the sale on our property and hitting a delay on the new-build we're buying. Alex pulled out all the stops to arrange a fabulous rental apartment for us and completed all the move-in admin in just 2 days. He even sent emails to us in the evenings after office hours to ensure we moved in on time. He provided an efficient, fast, professional service and we would highly recommend Alex and the Westbourne lettings team. I can't thank Alex enough for all his help, we're so grateful.

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Selling property is one of the most stressful life experiences but from the first meeting with Andy, his years of experience as an estate agent were apparent to me so I felt confident that the property would get sold relatively quickly.<br>His manner was always calming & reassuring, his experience & personability came to the fore to get things moving forward when things got a sticky.<br>I was a bit uncomfortable with CJ Hole’s team approach at first but it actually worked well, it kept continuity, they were all knowledgeable, kind & supportive.

Whilst the sale turned out to be more challenging than expected, friendly advice and support from Jack, Hettie, Emma and Charlie helped keep things moving. It was very reassuring knowing I had such an approachable, knowledgeable and committed team on my side. A big thank you and highly recommended.

He was very professional, but also friendly & courteous. He was obviously very knowledgeable and very fair with his estimate. He explained everything concerning how he arrived at the valuation and what the process was to proceed. He didn't rush anything and answered all my questions (of which there were quite a few!). I'd definitely recommend C.J. Hole and will be returning when my property needs to be sold.<br>Thank you for your help.

We agreed the deal within two weeks, and the whole team was excellent throughout. Daryl, Christopher, Alex, Lucy, David and Peter kept us updated constantly over WhatsApp, chased the solicitors relentlessly and solved problems quickly whenever they came up. Their effort made a real difference in getting the deal over the line. I can’t recommend Meyers highly enough.

Really efficient getting our house on the market extremely quickly and getting lots of viewings through the door in what was a slow market. He was an excellent communicator with useful updates and feedback throughout. Very reasonable rates and clearly successful with the amount of his sold signs around the area. He's sold both mine and my partner's properties and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Will definitely be back next time we’re in Bristol, great location and building.<br>Some attention is needed in the kitchen by the cleaning service you use. But over all we loved it.<br>The fire alarm is removed in the main bedroom, really needs to be reinstalled. Also, white cushions in the living room need to be cleaned or removed.<br>But the apartment is great and we had a great time staying there. Was fun to use the piano. Nice having a coffee machine to use, was provided with one pod. We got more<br>At the local supermarket which isn’t far. Such an interesting building with lovely features. Enjoyed sitting around lovely big kitchen island. The hot tap in the kitchen is a nice feature too.<br>Location is good, Loaf for brunch, tobacco factory for the Sunday market, airport bus stops near by. Easy bus links to the centre and can walk to the dock/ river area.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale. Thank you to all the staff in Lettings and Sales we have dealt with. Your service is impeccable.
