We have just handed our flat back after 4 years and from the first to the last interaction Vicky made things straightforward. The contractual process was easy and fair and any repair issues were always dealt with promptly. An easy recommendation.

I have been a tenant for five years with CHIDDICKS HOMES and Luke And he’s team have been amazing. Being first time buyers neither myself or my boyfriend had much clue of the buying process, however from the very start Amanda and Andy have been great with us. It has not been an easy journey due to many issues along the way, however Amanda kept us updated at every stage. She was able to answer every question we had and at times felt like she was doing multiple people’s jobs. We also spoke with Lynda at times who was equally as helpful. Overall I would be happy to recommend this estate agents to friends and family and would consider using them in the future when we come to sell. Thank you Amanda and Andy for everything!
