From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks
25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We were struggling to sell our home which was on the market for months before we moved to Connells in Bicester. I had given up hope somewhat and gave them a short window to get it sold before we withdrew from the market and they immediately had a string of very positive viewings and found us a buyer very quickly. The whole team were fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially Lydia and Polly who I spoke to a number of times and they conducted some viewings with our buyers. Kevin also performed a number of heroics in chasing the rest of the chain to keep things moving forward and was always extremely responsive and willing to help, even making calls for us on his days off which was above and beyond. We don’t intend to move again, but if we did I would go straight to Connells and would highly recommend. Thank you team for all your efforts.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion. This would not have been possible without their dedicated help, timely and clear communication, as well as professional support.<br><br>A big thank you to the Hunters Bicester team. Highly recommended!

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
