Our purchase was quite complex, but everything was handled professionally and efficiently throughout. Communication was excellent and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and clearly. We felt in very safe hands and would definitely recommend.

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)after the property i was originally going to rent fell through at the last minute i found a property with bagshaws uttoxeter, fell in love with it met alice for the viewing who was lovely, i explained that i was down on timing and i needed a fast turnaround, in a week i had viewed, been referenced and had arranged to collect the keys. Alice was great , friendly and kept me in the loop with all that was happening to ensure everything went smoothly and quick which was ideal. really great and stress free experience would 100% recommend

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We purchased our 4th renovation project from Priory Estate Agent's Biddulph office back in January and the service from the team was excellent from start to finish. Phone calls and emails were taken or replied to within 24 hours and we were kept up to date throughout.<br><br>Rachel went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and as a result we had a very quick completion ??????<br><br>Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Cannot thank Paula and Matt enough for their professionalism. They restored our faith in the process of selling and Paula went above and beyond when handling our sale. From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Recently sold a house through JR Properties and from start to finish the service was exceptional. They responded quickly to my initial request of a valuation and also again when deciding to sell with them. My house was listed quickly with high quality pictures, a 360 tour and an accurate description. I dealt with Hayley who was professional and friendly throughout, she kept me updated reguarly and helped push it to completiion after a last minute delay. 100% recommend JR Properties!!

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

A big thank you to James and all the staff who've made the process less stressful<br>They are very friendly and professional and we would recommend them to anyone who is considering selling in the future.

How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend .
