11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Yet again we have just completed another successful letting through the Burton Branch of Frank Innes, headed up by Bea Aitken-Robertson. Our property was listed on the Friday afternoon, with viewings arranged for the Monday and under offer that very same day. The whole transaction was entirely smooth and hassle free and completed in less than two weeks! Bea was the ultimate professional and a pleasure as always to deal with, keeping us informed throughout.

As we have been 200miles remote from our property let it has been very reassuring to know that someone local is keeping in good touch with our tenants, and helping us quickly find reliable workers to manage the maintenance issues that come up from time-to-time. Communication with them has been excellent and they could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

4th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We found the perfect home for my daughter and with no chain the procees should have been stress free and quick.. boy how wrong were we.. The sellers had an internal family dispute leaving the sale dragging on for 6 months, we finally completed with 1 day to go until our morgage offer ran out. Throughout this time Vicky and team were always available to answer questions, relay messages to the seller on the urgency, we were kept in the loop of the whole process.<br>Big thank you to Vicky & Lenny, Hannah is now moved in and loving her new home
