It's normal that when you have a good experience with a service or company we forget about these things but when something goes wrong we're the first to jump online and give bad feedback.<br>Bridgfords have been incredible right from the start! I'm currently in the process of moving back from Spain, so dealing with this company as made it really comforting considering I've not been on British soil for over 5 years. Stacey, right from the get go has constantly been so proactive with my needy emails! Her professionalism was second to none and it's so lovely to speak to a genuine person as well as this. Stacey and Bradley's knowledge regarding there industry really speaks volumes and they're an absolute credit to the company. Can't wait move into my new home with my Wittle kids and create some memories. All thanks to this place!<br>Well played guys ????????????????????????????????????
11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

The sales progression team were particularly helpful. Keeping us up to date as things moved (or didn't) along. Talking to Becki when I was despairing that we would ever move really helped. 24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with this letting agency and our property management at Heath Road. Upon moving out, they attempted to squeeze us for unjustified cleaning and inventory charges using unverified quotes instead of actual receipts, ignoring the fact that the property was left in a condition matching our check-in inventory.<br><br>?Furthermore, when we left behind several new items and appliances (including a washing machine, dining table, chairs, and a clothes rail) for the benefit of the property, the agency and landlord happily kept and absorbed these items while simultaneously nickel-and-diming us over old, unverified fixtures. Communication was poor, accountability was entirely missing, and staff showed zero willingness to act fairly.<br><br>?If you rent through them, keep every single record and expect them to try and take advantage of your deposit at the end of the tenancy. Highly unprofessional and predatory behavior.

3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)After a couple of months of hopeless searching, I spoke to Hannah and shared my plight that I was living away from my son and desperate to find a home. Hannah was brilliant and helped me with finding what is the perfect home for us and was excellent throughout - just over a week after viewing I have woken up in my new home and get to prepare my son's room for him. Other agents couldn't care less and you could tell that you are just a tenant lead and not a person to them. Thank you Hannah!!!! X

4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."
