Jodie and her team was very quick , efficient, friendly and helpful whenever a issue or question i contacted them with. Each time a solution or engineer was sent to fix any problems that occurred quickly and with constant communication with updates. To all at Bentons melton mowbray branch i Thank-you all very much. James valued, photographed and listed my property in good time and managed to find a buyer with no chain at the asking price within a week. Julia was fantastic at communicating all the details and updates with both sides of the purchase which made for a swift and smooth transaction. Thank you to all the team for making the whole experience a great one! Highly recommended.
13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner and I have unfortunately rented through Knights for the past three years and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Firstly, whenever we reported issues with the property, it was very difficult to reach someone who could actually provide a solution. We constantly had to chase them with follow-up calls and emails, even for simple issues such as the blinds not working. Basic maintenance requests took far longer than they should have because communication from the team was poor. The most frustrating part, however, has been dealing with the lettings team regarding our deposit. We moved out of the property almost 11 weeks ago and still have not received it back. The lettings team never contacted either myself or my partner with an update about the deposit, so we had to reach out to them ourselves. We have called and emailed more than seven times just to get an update, and each time we receive the same responses: “We don’t know,” “I don’t deal with deposits,” or “We will get back to you.” Because of the lack of progress, we raised a dispute directly with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), and the agents were given a deadline to respond. Instead of communicating with us once the dispute had been confirmed, they waited until the deadline to raise any issues. As a result, we are still waiting for our deposit nearly three months after moving out. Overall, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering renting through this company think twice. In our experience, they are not proactive, they repeatedly make excuses for unresolved issues, and unless you constantly chase them, almost daily, they will simply delay matters, including returning your deposit.
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I have to say what an amazing experience i have had dealing with Stamford's Newton Fallowell estate agents , they came highly recommended and certainly lived up to my expectation . Henry Warren priced my property on the mark , I needed a offer on the table through a time constraint placed on me , I had a total of 14 viewings , 3 separate offers and it sold in 5 weeks , it sold for over the asking price which came down to a good marketing strategy from Henry , I took his advice from the start and it all worked out for me perfectly . The communication was there from the start they kept me up to date with everything that was happening in the process , totally professional and with great advice when I asked for it, the whole team worked really hard for me and they delivered . I honestly cannot thank them enough and would absolutely recommend then to anyone in the housing market .

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We are currently selling our property with Spencer’s. Mike was very good arranging photo’s and appointments around us and work which was challenging but not an issue at all. He has vast knowledge and a lovely guy. Even replying to emails late in the evening - complete dedication! Both Georgina and Shaniya have been polite and answered all questions and emails promptly. Shaniya arranged a viewing recently and kept my 8 year old daughter amused counting things with her so she wasn’t under our feet, this is what I love about Spencers’s. Shaniya didn’t need to do this but she was amazing and went above and beyond and we our so thankful so I felt I needed to write a review.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Winkworths to sell our home at the end of 2025 and it was a fantastic service from start to finish, from both Ryan and Matt. Ryan was excellent at capturing wonderful photos of our home that 100% represented the reality of our home. We were really happy with the valuation and felt it was fair against current market value. Viewings were managed effectively by Matt and we had 7 bookings confirmed within 2 days. We then went on to sell our house after 3 days of being on the market which was fantastic. We were kept informed of the process and steps all the way thorough via email, text or phone which suited us great as we couldn’t always pick up straight away! Calls back to the office were always responded to either immediately or within the hour. I would highly recommend Winkworths to anyone wishing to sell. Fair fees, excellent communication and genuinely great and knowledgeable agents. Thank you both so much.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Rang regards a flat, was scoffed at "holy Christ that's 3 times more than I earn". Sorry that I'm disabled and our money goes 3 ways not one. Told him I had one ccj continued the conversation. Asked why we were leaving the property. Early release due to being uninhabitable, with proof and a letter from my agent, suddenly, no no we can't deal with you. His tone was demeaning from the beginning, little did this "bloke" know, id call him a gentleman but he's not , I own my own business, yes Im poorly at present but not forever but we weren't good enough, even with a guarantor. One day life will get tough for you! I hope someone makes you feel so small and worthless.very discriminative.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Efficient, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. ????? Thank you to the whole team
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

On all occasions they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, with all questions answered clearly and in a very timely manner. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Lettings to anyone looking for a first class, professional letting agent.- 5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Exceptional. Highly recommended. Adam and his team proved that knowledge, experience and good old fashioned customer service are key when it comes to selling your home. Throughout the process Winkworth of Bourne helped us every step of the way, always on hand with advice and guidance. Communication was excellent and they made us feel valued as customers. Adam and Millie professionally pulled everything together and helped us move on to the next chapter in our lives.

Taking this approach made us feel relaxed and saved us having to feel as though we were chasing. Equally, whenever we had any questions, no matter what they were, Maisie to would either answer immediately, or she’d research it and come back to us. In conclusion, it was a very calm and favourable experience. Thank you.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Advertised at £400K… but then the description says £400,000–£450,000 (Guide Price). So which is it? Feels more like clickbait than a real listing. Estate agents, honesty is the best policy — stop playing games with numbers! Edit - Thanks for the explanation. I understand that property portals only allow a single headline price, but that’s exactly why choosing £400k as the headline when the guide price actually runs up to £445k can feel misleading to buyers browsing listings. Most people filter searches based on the headline figure, so naturally it creates the expectation that £400k is somewhere near the realistic price point. Including the range in the description is helpful, but the headline price is still what draws people in and shapes the initial expectation. And just to clarify — leaving a review doesn’t require someone to have made a formal enquiry. Many buyers are simply browsing the market and commenting on how listings appear from a buyer’s perspective. If anything, that kind of feedback is useful because it reflects exactly how potential buyers first see the listing.
