And so we were delighted when our dream home came up with Murray and we were in her capable hands right up until we got our keys. 5th May 2026 (3 days ago)We chose Newton Fallowell on the basis of their excellent reputation and were not disappointed. The manager, Adam, was superb in personally overseeing our purchase and sale. Everyone in the office was proactive and kept us well informed of the progress of the whole transaction, to enable a smooth and well coordinated purchase and sale. Well done and thank you to all involved for a highly professional service. We recommend the team at the Stamford office unreservedly.

TBH they need the patience of a saint with some people. The sales negotiator is very professional, (think I'd be drinking heavily if I had to deal with some buyers). A big thank you to everyone at the branch.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . 15th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Really happy with the service from Winkworth’s, Market Deeping. Ryan evaluated our property and suggested a price, he came over as friendly and professional so we decided to go with them. We had two viewings booked straight away and we sold our house in a week (in December). We mostly dealt with Matt and he was always on top of keeping us informed of what was going on. We moved at the end of March and are now happy in our new home. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Winkworth’s Deeping again.- 24th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Efficient, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. ????? Thank you to the whole team
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.
