I have to say that every part of the experience has been first-class, from the initial visit to the photography, the description, and the communication, most of all, which is the area in which most estate agents lack.<br><br>Feedback was always provided promptly and without fail, and we genuinely felt that everyone in the office was working in our best interest. This is not something you often hear about estate agents, but if you're thinking about selling through Nick Tart, I give you my word that they are the best I've come across.<br><br>By the way, I'm an ex-estate agent myself, and I've been in the property business for 20 years, so I think I might know what I'm talking about.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
