We had an excellent experience selling our home with Naish. The estimate, photography, marketing etc were all of a very high standard, and they were generally good at making themselves available to conduct viewings - sundays were the only days they couldn’t accommodate. We received an offer at our target price a couple of weeks after going on the market, in a generally sluggish climate, so were very pleased. Jade provided a lot of support that we weren’t expecting, eg advice and support around our onward purchase as well as our sale, which was wonderful. Kim stayed in good touch with us once the sale was agreed, and was extremely quick to respond whenever we had a question about our sale or our buyers. She went above and beyond in what was a very difficult situation, always taking the time to offer advice, keep us updated, and fight our corner whenever she could.
