30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I asked Davies and Davies to value my property after buying through them some years ago. I was impressed as a buyer, so it seemed sensible to invite them to value my home. Out of the four agents who valued my home Davies and Davies were by far the most personable and knowledgeable. Mark took time and care to talk me through the selling process. We discussed easy 'quick win' ways to help my property get more attention. He was helpful, patient and confident without being arrogant. He also didn't try to win me over with an inflated estimate of how much my property was worth - instead he valued it accurately and fairly. The sales transaction was handled very well. Any query I had was answered thoroughly and in good time. The Davies and Davies team were proactive and courteous. I actively recommend them and would work with them again.

We also had an issue with the gas meter at the property, and Antonio personally helped us sort it out and made sure the problem was resolved.<br><br>We really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Thank you both for making our move and settling into the property much easier. Highly recommended!

17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.

27th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away. End of tenancy was swift and effortless too, with the deposit returned with no issues in a few days. Highly recommended.
